Lead MERN Stack Developer

Job Title : Lead Developer LEAD MERN Stack with AWS

Location : Mohali

Key Responsibilities :

- Design scalable and efficient solutions using AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and back-end developers to implement features and functionalities.

- Mentor and guide the development team through technical challenges and code reviews.

- Participate in DevOps processes and CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance.

- Oversee source control and branching strategies using Git.

- Handle sprint planning, task allocation, and monitoring using tools like Jira.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and project managers to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

- Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability through best practices and testing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience in full-stack development (MERN/MEAN preferred).

- Proficient in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB/Mongoose.

- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-based deployments.

- Solid understanding of JavaScript, JQuery, and associated front-end libraries/plugins.

- Experience with DevOps tools and practices (Docker, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, etc.).

- Knowledge of NoSQL databases, REST APIs, and microservice architecture.

- Experience in version control (Git) and project management tools (Jira).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and team management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Prior experience in leading teams and managing projects.

- AWS certifications (Developer/Architect Associate or Professional) is a plus.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint-based project management.
