About the Role :

As a Lead MEAN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications. You will play a crucial role in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to deployment and maintenance. Your leadership and technical acumen will be vital in guiding best practices, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Essential Requirements :

- Extensive Application Programming & Analysis Knowledge : Demonstrated ability to apply a deep understanding of application programming principles, design patterns, and system analysis to complex software solutions.

- Proven Software Development Methodologies Experience : Solid experience working with various software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.

- Detailed Understanding of Key Business Processes : Ability to quickly grasp and understand key business processes, translating business needs into technical requirements and solutions.

- Communication & Translation Skills : Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.

- Advanced Knowledge of Automated Testing : Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with automated testing tools and procedures, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and well-tested code. This includes unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing.

Desirable Requirements :

- Extensive Angular & Node.js Experience : 12+ years of hands-on experience with Angular and Node.js.

- MEAN Stack Proficiency : Strong preference for candidates with extensive and proven experience across the entire MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js).

- Strong MongoDB Expertise : Deep understanding and hands-on experience with MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, performance optimization, and complex querying.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications using the MEAN Stack.

- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Architect and develop robust APIs using Node.js and Express.js.

- Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using Angular.

- Design and optimize MongoDB schemas and queries for efficient data storage and retrieval.

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex application issues.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, advocating for their adoption where beneficial.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
