- Previous experience in Manhattan Active TMS/TLM products and demonstrated experience with full life cycle, large scale projects implementations using SDLC and Agile methodology

- Successful delivery of at least 4 large-size TMS/TLM implementations as a Active TMS Manhattan Solutions Lead in Distribution and Logistics

- Experienced knowledge of logistics and supply chain business processes Configure/test/implement changes to Active TMS applications that will support and improve the processes.

- Proven knowledge of TMS processes and experienced in End-to-End Implementation of TMS

- Lead solution design to ensure clear construct and validation tasks and timeline

- Sustain the balance between project scope, timeline, and requirements to ensure successful time to value and definitive customer satisfaction

- Assess business needs that fall outside the standard solution and/or scope, and assess integration complexity, architecture constraints and/or product roadmaps

- Experience in a customer-facing role where you led requirements gathering, formulating a software solution, and persuading stakeholders

- Strong business analysis skills, understanding and usage of statistical algorithms, inventory optimization concepts, awareness of tactical planning on overall supply chain required

- Instruct users on the proper and efficient usage of the system(s)

- Troubleshoot hardware and/or software applications malfunctions and errors, as well as user problems, resolving them or escalating as necessary.

- Prepare written materials that document activities, events, systems, and architecture of TMS/TLM Systems.

- Applies advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects

- Recommends new practices, processes, metrics, or models.

- Works on or may lead complex projects of large scope.
