Position : Lead Machine Learning Engineer

Experience Required : 9+ years

Job Locations : Bangalore and Chennai (Hybrid)

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models for NLP, Computer Vision (CV), and data-driven applications.

- Work with transformer architectures, multimodal AI models, and generative AI techniques.

- Implement end-to-end ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, training, evaluation, and deployment.

- Design and develop a Speech LLM-based virtual assistant.

- Develop and maintain Python code for audio capture, encoding, modality fusion, LLM interaction, and text output.

- Integrate and configure pre-trained models for audio encoding, LLM, and audio decoding.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Speech LLMs, audio processing, and related AI fields.

- Document system design, code, and experimental results.

- Architect scalable, production-ready ML systems while integrating MLOps best practices.

- Set technical direction and ensure adherence to best practices in AI research, model deployment, and engineering scalability.

Required Skills :

- 9+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Deep Learning, with expertise in NLP, speech recognition (ASR), and text-to-speech (TTS).

- Knowledge of multimodal learning techniques for fusing audio and text information.

- Strong understanding of audio processing, including feature extraction, signal processing, and acoustic modeling.

- Experience with fine-tuning transformer models and developing training pipelines.

- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Airflow, and serverless computing.

- Ability to build automated pipelines for model training, evaluation, and monitoring.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with generative AI and large language models (LLMs).

- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure for ML deployments.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
