Role Overview:

As the Lead M365 Collaboration & AI Services, you will spearhead the strategy, implementation, and ongoing management of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and AI-driven solutions within the organization. You will work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and end-users to ensure seamless adoption, optimal utilization, and continuous improvement of M365 services, driving enhanced productivity, communication, and data-driven decision-making. This role is crucial in fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment, leveraging the power of Microsoft technologies to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive M365 collaboration and AI services strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring optimal utilization of platform capabilities.

- Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of M365 services, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and related AI functionalities, ensuring seamless integration and user experience.

- Collaborate with IT infrastructure and security teams to ensure M365 environment adheres to security policies, compliance requirements, and best practices.

- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and end-users on M365 collaboration tools and AI services, promoting adoption and maximizing user proficiency.

- Design and deliver training programs and documentation on M365 collaboration tools and AI services, empowering users to effectively leverage platform capabilities.

- Monitor and analyze M365 usage patterns and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimization strategies.

- Evaluate and recommend new M365 features and AI-driven solutions, assessing their potential impact on business processes and user productivity.

- Manage vendor relationships with Microsoft and other relevant technology providers, ensuring timely resolution of issues and access to latest updates and support.

- Stay abreast of emerging trends in M365 collaboration and AI technologies, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the organization's digital workplace.

- Lead and mentor a team of M365 specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and AI services, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and related technologies.

- Proven ability to develop and execute M365 strategies aligned with business objectives, driving adoption and maximizing user value.

- Strong understanding of IT security principles and compliance requirements related to M365 environments.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, building consensus and driving results.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience working in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating adaptability and effective communication skills in a distributed team setting.

- Deep understanding of SharePoint architecture, administration, and development, including experience with custom solutions and workflows.
