Lead Java/React.js Developer - Full Stack Technologies

Role : Lead Java + React.js Developer

Experience : 10- 15 years

Location : Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Java-based microservices and React.js front-end applications.

- Architect and implement solutions using Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA/Hibernate, and Spring MVC frameworks.

- Manage inter-service communication and configuration in a microservice architecture using tools like Spring Cloud Config.

- Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js.

- Design and integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless communication between front-end and back-end services.

- Implement and optimize SQL and NoSQL database queries for application performance.

- Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for application deployment, scaling, and monitoring.

- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure release readiness, auditability, and traceability.

- Utilize project management and release tools such as JIRA, Pivotal Tracker, or Rally.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to maintain high-quality deliverables.

- Mentor junior developers and promote coding standards and best practices.

Required Technical Skills :

- Core Java : OOPs, Collections, Streams, Functional Interfaces

- Spring Framework : Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA/Hibernate, Dependency Injection, Annotations

- Microservices Architecture : Service communication, configuration management, resilience

- Frontend : React.js (hooks, state management, component lifecycle)

- Database : Strong knowledge of SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.)

- Cloud Platforms : AWS, Azure, or GCP

- CI/CD Tools : Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar

- Version Control : Git, Bitbucket

- DevOps & Monitoring : Docker, Kubernetes (preferred)

- Release Management Tools : JIRA, Rally, Pivotal Tracker

Preferred Domain Experience :

- Healthcare or Accounting domain knowledge will be an added advantage.
