Lead Java Full Stack Developer

Position Title

Full Stack Lead.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

- Design and implement scalable and maintainable software systems.

- Ensure high-quality software development practices through code reviews and mentoring.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into the product.

- Take ownership of system architecture and design decisions.

- Participate in the development of AI models and assist with their deployment.

- Ensure proper version control and CI/CD processes are followed.

- Assist with problem-solving and technical challenges faced by the development team.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and AI trends.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

- Strong expertise in programming languages like Python, Java, or similar.

- In-depth experience in AI/ML development, including working with LLMs.

- Experience in system design, architecture, and development practices.

- Strong understanding of software development best practices and agile methodologies.

- Proven ability to lead teams and mentor junior developers.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
