Job Description :

As a Java Lead you will have a strong understanding of the Java programming language and experience working with client-server desktop and web applications.

In addition you will also be responsible for the analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of company's platform technology.

- Strong hands-on code development experience of 10-14 years in JAVA 8, JDBC, Restful Service, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Jdbc Template.

- Tools : Maven, GITHUB, Kafka, RabbitMQ, SONARCUBE.

- Experienced in developing and deploying web applications using Spring MVC and Spring boot.

- Experience in configuration, deployment, and management of enterprise applications with Apache Tomcat, Web Logic, and Jboss Server in clustered multiple environments.

- Hands on experience in using Eclipse IDE, Intellij, or JDeveloper.

- Managed entire software development life cycle from analysis, coding, testing, debugging, and publishing using TFS/GIT.

- Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies within a short span of time.

- Excellent SQL optimization and troubleshooting skills.

- Knowledge in healthcare domain preferable.

- Ability to communicate technical solutions effectively.

- Passionate about programming.

Lead/Architect Duties and Responsibilities :

- Design, development, and testing of new features in the applications.

- Mentor and guide team development team on the technical aspects required for the project delivery.

- Own the technical delivery of the team.

- Responsible for regular communication with others involved in the development process.

- Implement, test, and bug-fix functionality.

- Responsibility for design and implementation of software projects using Java.

- Participate as a team member in fully agile Scrum deliveries.

- Provide support to end users.

- Design, build, and maintain efficient and reliable Java code.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical skills with proven abilities in resolving the complex software issues.
