Lead Java Backend Developer

Job Description :

We are looking for experienced Java Backend Developers to join the team working with Flywire. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and DSA, with experience building scalable and high-performance backend applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Develop and integrate Microservices.

- Apply strong DSA concepts to build efficient and optimized solutions.

- Participate in architecture, design, coding, testing, and deployment activities.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- For Lead roles, mentor developers and drive technical decisions and code reviews.

Requirements :

- Strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot.

- Good experience with Microservices architecture.

- Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms.

- Experience developing enterprise-grade backend applications.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

- Candidates should be comfortable working from office in Bangalore.
