We are looking for a Lead Java + AWS Developer with deep expertise in Java / J2EE, AWS services (S3, Lambda), and microservices architecture.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for architecting scalable cloud-based solutions, guiding development teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery across projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, architecture, and development of cloud-based applications using Java and AWS technologies.

- Define and enforce technical standards, coding best practices, and architectural guidelines across projects.

- Architect and implement microservices-based solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

- Drive CI/CD pipeline implementation, automated testing, and code quality processes.

- Collaborate with business and product stakeholders to translate requirements into technical strategies and solutions.

- Mentor and manage development teams, provide technical guidance, and promote knowledge sharing.

- Conduct code reviews, technical design reviews, and ensure adherence to development best practices.

- Identify and mitigate technical risks, troubleshoot complex production issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and AWS services to improve system design and development efficiency.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions while balancing technical debt and long-term scalability.

Key Skills & Expertise :

- Strong hands-on experience in Core Java / J2EE development.

- Expertise in AWS services, particularly S3 and Lambda, with experience in cloud-native architecture.

- Proven experience in designing and delivering large-scale, cloud-based applications.

- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, Spring Boot, and serverless patterns.

- Experience leading teams, mentoring, and driving technical excellence.

- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Agile methodologies, and software development best practices.
