Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as an individual contributor and technical coach, leading and guiding the team.

- Provide consultancy and solutions to customers across various product stacks.

- Drive technical discussions, stand-ups, and delivery planning for key initiatives.

- Identify repetitive tasks (toil) and develop automated solutions to reduce effort.

- Troubleshoot Level 3 issues across MFT and AWS technologies.

- Work extensively with AWS Cloud services to support MFT solutions.

- Design and manage DevOps pipelines using GitHub Actions.

- Develop scripts and automation using Python.

- Work with multiple file transfer protocols (FTP, FTPS, SFTP, S3, Connect:Direct).

- Understand end-to-end transfer architecture including DMZ, load balancers, and firewalls.

- Plan, coordinate, and execute patches/upgrades of FTP software to required versions.

- Perform OS and database maintenance activities as required.

- Manage digital certificates including CSR generation, certificate issuing, implementation, and validation.

- Handle service requests and user fulfillment for provisioning, deployments, and assistance.

- Provide on-call support for critical issues.

- Address security vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security guidelines.

- Participate in and execute Disaster Recovery (DR) procedures.

- Support and coordinate audit requirements and ensure compliance.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong experience in Managed File Transfer (MFT) with GoAnywhere.

- Hands-on expertise in AWS Cloud.

- Proficiency in DevOps pipelines (GitHub Actions).

- Strong knowledge of Python programming.

- Solid understanding of file transfer protocols (FTP, FTPS, SFTP, S3, Connect:Direct).

- Knowledge of network security components including DMZ, firewalls, and load balancers.

- Experience in certificate management and patch/upgrade activities.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Education & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- 7-10 years of experience in IT with a strong focus on MFT and AWS Cloud.

- Prior experience in technical leadership, automation, and customer-facing roles is preferred.
