Lead II - Software Engineering

Description :

- 7+ years of experience in Java backend engineering with strong fundamentals in OOP, multithreading, collections, and performance tuning.

- Hands-on experience with ATG (Oracle Commerce) modules and platform customizations.

- Strong experience building and deploying microservices (service discovery, circuit breakers, logging, inter-service communication).

- Good understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, caching strategies, and schema design.

- Experience integrating with REST APIs, middleware, and cloud based or on prem systems.

- Strong debugging skills across environments and ability to handle production critical issues.

Optional / Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with Spring / Spring Boot for building REST services, dependency injection, and configuration management.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

- CI/CD experience with Jenkins, GitLab, or similar pipelines.

- Exposure to Kafka/MQ based event driven systems.

- Performance testing, security hardening, and code quality tools (SonarQube, Fortify).
