Job Overview

We are seeking a Lead IAM Engineer with strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), specifically around OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and Ping Identity / ForgeRock platforms.

The role involves leading IAM implementations, integrating secure authentication and authorization solutions, and working closely with application and security teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead design, development, and implementation of IAM solutions using Ping Identity and ForgeRock

- Implement and manage authentication and authorization frameworks based on OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC)

- Integrate IAM solutions with Java-based applications and enterprise systems

- Configure and manage SSO, MFA, federation, and access policies

- Ensure IAM solutions meet security, compliance, and governance standards

- Troubleshoot IAM-related issues and optimize system performance

- Collaborate with application, DevOps, and security teams for seamless IAM integration

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior IAM engineers

- Participate in architecture discussions and security reviews

Required Skills & Experience :

- 57 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)

- Hands-on experience with Ping Identity and/or ForgeRock platforms

- Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC) protocols

- Experience integrating IAM solutions with Java-based applications

- Solid knowledge of authentication, authorization, SSO, and federation concepts

- Experience with access governance and policy management

- Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have :

- Experience with SAML 2.0

- Exposure to cloud IAM integrations

- Experience in leading or mentoring technical teams
