Lead HCM Functional Specialist

About the role :

The Lead-HCM Functional Specialist manages trouble shooting of major and minor incidents, perform root cause analysis and propose manual work-around in consultation with Product and Oracle OFS teams.

You will be responsible for :

- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence

- Driving and implementing CI Projects and innovation for their teams

- Deep expertise in a particular process or field

- First line team supervisory responsibility on process coaching, on the job training, coordinating and communicating

- Maintain relationships with multiple partners, handle issues within process

- Solves complex operational problems

- Functional training on JML/Core HR, Payroll modules, absence modules, fast formulas and ICDs.

- Support the team on weekly & 4 weekly job runs

- Using a combination of data and business understanding to turn data into insight, root-causing issues, defining problems and designing creative solutions.

- Concepts on bulk loads such as HDL/PBL and spreadsheet loaders

- Creating Custom Reports using Analysis and SQL

- Payroll Balance Feeds

- Perform Business acceptance testing.

You will need :

- Experience in the whole life-cycle of an Oracle project, preferably in a multi-org / multi-site context.
