Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Lead Graphic Designer with 6+ years of experience to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in visual design, team leadership, and managing international clients.

As a Lead Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering top-quality graphic design solutions, while also overseeing and mentoring a team of designers to ensure the timely and effective delivery of creative assets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Design Team : Manage, mentor, and guide a team of graphic designers to ensure high-quality deliverables that align with client expectations and project deadlines.

- Client Communication : Handle communication with international clients to understand design requirements, present ideas, and manage project feedback effectively.

- Design Creation : Develop innovative, engaging, and visually impactful designs across multiple platforms, including digital, print, web, branding, and social media.

- Creative Direction : Provide creative direction for the team and ensure consistency in design aesthetics, style, and brand guidelines across all projects.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development, to ensure seamless design integration with other business functions.

- Quality Control : Review and provide feedback on design work produced by the team to ensure all work meets the highest standards of quality and creativity.

- Project Management : Oversee the design workflow, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.

- Trend Research : Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain the highest level of creativity and innovation.

- Client Presentations : Prepare and present design concepts and revisions to clients, ensuring that design solutions align with client expectations and brand identity.

- Brand Consistency : Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and provide a cohesive visual experience across all touchpoints.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 12+ years of experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of handling international clients and managing design teams.

- Team Leadership : Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and managing a team of designers.

- Portfolio : A robust portfolio showcasing a wide range of design skills and a deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.

- Tools & Software Proficiency : Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Sketch, Figma, or other relevant design software.

- Client Handling : Experience in interacting with international clients, managing client expectations, and delivering designs that align with diverse cultural and business requirements.

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to both clients and internal teams.

- Project Management : Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple design projects, ensuring deadlines are met.

- Attention to Detail : A keen eye for detail and the ability to produce pixel-perfect designs.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) is a plus.

- Familiarity with web design principles, including responsive design, Web Design, UI/UX, Logo Design, Branding, and UI/UX best practices.

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS or basic front-end development is a plus.

- Experience working in an agile project management environment.
