About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated AI Solutions Developer with hands-on experience in building LLM-based applications and automation workflows. The ideal candidate should be strong in Python/Java development, experienced with LLM APIs, and comfortable working in agile, fast-iteration environments. You will work on designing conversational flows, document processing pipelines, and agent-style automation solutions for real-world enterprise use cases.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop LLM-powered applications, conversational workflows, and automation solutions.

- Work with LLM APIs such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Anthropic, etc.

- Build document-processing and PDF/file extraction workflows, including validation and processing logic.

- Implement RAG pipelines, prompt design, prompt tuning, and evaluation workflows.

- Integrate applications using APIs and async workflows in Python and/or Java.

- Work with vector databases and embeddings-based retrieval systems.

- Debug, refine, and enhance LLM behavior in iterative development cycles.

- Apply basic ML concepts and implement QA and feedback loops to improve output quality.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready features.

- Work with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments for deployment and scaling.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2-5 years of software engineering experience, including at least 1 year of hands-on LLM development.

- Strong programming experience in Python and/or Java.

- Experience with API integrations and async workflows.

- Practical experience working with LLM APIs (Azure OpenAI, Bedrock, Anthropic, etc.).

- Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar orchestration frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with vector databases, RAG pipelines, and embeddings.

- Exposure to prompt engineering, tuning, and evaluation techniques.

- Experience working with CI/CD and cloud services.

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and iterative development mindset.

- Ability to work in agile, sprint-based environments and respond effectively to feedback.
