Lead Full Stack Engineer - Node.js/TypeScript

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, Vue.js (or React/Angular), and Node.js.

- Architect and implement multi-tier web application solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.

- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and QA to define and deliver high-impact features.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in code quality, testing, and DevOps automation.

- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and performance optimizations.

- Drive continuous improvement through Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern software development practices.

- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

- 7+ years of professional experience in web application development.

- 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or management role.

- Overall 10-12 years of experience.

- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and one or more modern front-end frameworks (Vue.js, React, or Angular).

- Solid understanding of web architecture, RESTful APIs, and microservices-based systems.

- Experience with Git, JIRA, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
