About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in React Native and .NET Core to lead the development of cutting-edge mobile applications, primarily in the banking and fintech domain. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of secure mobile app development, cloud integrations, and full-stack architecture, along with proven leadership skills to guide a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Technical Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of mobile and backend developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.

- Full-Stack Development : Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native for cross-platform compatibility and .NET Core / C# for backend services.

- Cloud Integration : Build and integrate scalable cloud-based services using AWS (Amplify, Lambda, API Gateway, etc.).

- Secure Development : Implement best practices for secure mobile app development, including encryption, authentication, and compliance with industry standards (especially in banking/fintech).

- API Development & Integration : Design RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services as needed.

- Architecture & Design : Contribute to system architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.

- Project Delivery : Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality features on time.

- Code Quality : Oversee code reviews, testing, and CI/CD implementation to maintain code quality.

- Innovation : Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices in mobile and full-stack development.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Experience : 7+ years in software development with a strong focus on mobile app and backend systems.

- Frontend (Mobile) : Expertise in React Native, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- Backend : Strong knowledge of .NET Core and C#.

- Cloud : Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Amplify, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, etc.

- Leadership : Proven experience leading development teams and delivering large-scale projects.

- Banking/Fintech Exposure : Prior experience in projects within the banking/fintech sector preferred.

- Security : Familiarity with secure coding practices, data encryption, and compliance standards.

- APIs : Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration.

- DevOps : Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with GraphQL.

- Knowledge of mobile performance optimization techniques.

- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks for React Native and .NET Core.

- Exposure to microservices architecture.
