Lead Full Stack Developer - Python/React.js

Job Title :

Role : Lead Full Stack Developer (Python, React & Cloud Platforms)

Location : Hyderabad (3 Days Work From Office)

Experience : 7+ Years

Role Summary :

This role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, modern UI development, and cloud-native engineering practices, with a strong focus on performance, usability, and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and build scalable RESTful services and interactive user interfaces

- Design robust frontend systems using React and TypeScript with a focus on performance and accessibility

- Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver intuitive user experiences

- Implement CI/CD pipelines and streamline deployment workflows

- Work on containerized applications and manage deployments in cloud environments

- Improve system observability, logging, and monitoring for production systems

- Diagnose and resolve complex application and performance issues

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices

Core Requirements :

- Strong proficiency in Python (Django or similar frameworks)

- Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling

- Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL)

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes-based deployments

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- Strong debugging and system optimization skills

Nice to Have :

- Understanding of event-driven systems and analytics pipelines

- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)

- Exposure to EdTech platforms or Open edX ecosystem

- Experience in technical mentoring or leading small teams
