About the Job :

We are looking for an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer to take ownership of designing, building, and scaling healthcare focused web applications. This role combines strong hands-on development with technical leadership, close collaboration with product and design teams, and responsibility for delivering secure, high-performance platforms supporting healthcare and health equity initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of scalable full stack web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.

- Own technical architecture, system design decisions, and long-term scalability of applications.

- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Develop frontend applications using Angular (mandatory) or React with a strong focus on usability and performance.

- Build backend services and APIs using Node.js (mandatory), with exposure to Java or Python.

- Design, implement, and consume RESTful APIs supporting frontend and third-party integrations.

- Guide database schema design and write optimized queries ensuring data integrity and performance.

- Work with Snowflake for data storage and analytics use cases.

- Implement containerized solutions using Docker and manage deployments with Kubernetes.

- Ensure application security, performance optimization, and reliability across environments.

- Lead code reviews, enforce engineering best practices, and mentor team members.

- Work within Agile frameworks, participate in sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery.

- Support customers operating in East Coast and Central time zones as required.

Skills Required :

- Strong hands-on experience in full stack development with Angular (mandatory) or React.

- Strong backend expertise in Node.js (mandatory).

- Working knowledge of Java or Python.

- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.

- Hands-on experience with Snowflake.

- Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.

- Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization.

- Experience working in Agile development environments.

- Prior experience working in the healthcare domain is mandatory.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

- 8 to 10 years of professional experience in full stack development.

- Proven experience in a Lead Developer or Technical Lead role.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
