Lead Full Stack Developer - .Net/React.js

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has expertise in C# /. NET development, with experience in modern UI frameworks. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable financial applications that power mission-critical solutions for our clients in the banking and fintech sectors.

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop secure, high-performing, and scalable applications using. NET Core /. NET 6+.

- Build interactive front-end interfaces using one of the following: JavaScript Frameworks (React, Next) Blazor. NET or WPF.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to define, design, and deliver new features.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, Microservices, and database components.

- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design documentation.

- Write unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality code.

- Ensure secure coding practices and compliance with industry standards (PCI DSS, OWASP, etc. ).

- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues when needed.

Requirements :

- Software development experience of 4-6 years in a banking, fintech, or product-based environment.

- Strong proficiency in C# and. . NET Core /. NET 6+ development.

- Experience with at least one of the following front-end frameworks: Blazor. NET or WPF, JavaScript Frameworks (React, Next).

- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and domain-driven design

- Good exposure to SQL Server / PostgreSQL and Entity Framework Core.

- Other tools: Syncfusion, Data tables, AutoMapper.

- Experience in RESTful API development and integration.

- Familiarity with source control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

- Experience working with or building modular applications using ABP.

- The IO framework is a big plus

- Understanding of banking or payment systems, digital wallets, or transaction processing.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Working knowledge of DevOps practices, containers (Docker), and Kubernetes is advantageous.
