About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Lead Full Stack Developer (Architect MERN Stack) to drive the architecture, development, and delivery of high-performance web and mobile applications. This is a key leadership role requiring strong technical expertise, architectural insight, and the ability to lead and mentor a development team in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

You will be responsible for full-cycle application developmentfrom requirement analysis and prototyping to deployment and live production supportwhile ensuring best practices in design, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a cross-functional development team, providing technical guidance and mentoring

- Architect, design, and develope scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)

- Build and manage hybrid mobile applications using React Native

- Experience in design and development of backend tool like admin panel.

- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, system design, development, testing, deployment, and production support

- Deploy applications to iOS App Store and Google Play Store

- Manage cloud infrastructure and ensure optimized application hosting and performance

- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services

- Handle live production support, issue resolution, and ongoing maintenance

- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation

- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UI/UX teams, QA, and other stakeholders

- Continuously evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to enhance product quality

and team productivity

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in Full Stack Development, with a strong focus on the MERN stack

- Proven experience in React Native for building cross-platform mobile applications

- Strong experience in application architecture design and technical decision-making

- Hands-on experience in deploying mobile apps to the iOS App Store and Google Play Store

- Expertise in cloud platforms for deployment and hosting

- Proficiency with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and DevOps tools

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills

- Experience with live production support and high-availability systems

- Excellent understanding of application security, scalability, and performance best practices

- Experience working in finance, billing, or payment systems is required

- Previous experience in startup environments or product-based companies preferred

- Experience in all phases of testing along with bug fixing.
