Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end development of scalable web applications using Java (backend) and React (frontend).

- Architect, design, and implement robust solutions with focus on performance, scalability, and security.

- Mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring best practices and code quality standards are followed.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver business outcomes.

- Perform code reviews, identify risks, and resolve technical challenges.

- Manage deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and integration with third-party systems.

- Ensure applications meet compliance, performance, and security benchmarks.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on expertise in Java (Spring Boot, REST APIs) and React.js (v18/v19).

- Experience with full stack development, including databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms.

- Proficiency in state management libraries (Redux, Redux Saga/Thunk).

- Good knowledge of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD.

- Proven leadership experience with mentoring and team management.

- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience in leading complex enterprise-level projects.
