About the Role :

We are looking for a high-performing Lead Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Java and React.js to join our fast-paced product engineering team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about building scalable, high-performance web applications and driving architectural and technical excellence. Youll be working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative features and solutions that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of full stack web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js.

- Architect scalable backend systems using Spring Boot and Spring Security.

- Develop and maintain complex front-end applications using React.js, Redux/Context API, and modern JavaScript tooling like Webpack and Babel.

- Manage data persistence and performance tuning across relational and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.

- Ensure high code quality through best practices in Agile, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).

- Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration of services.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth by sharing technical knowledge and best practices.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality software on time.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience

- Strong backend development experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Security

- Expert-level knowledge of React.js, Redux/Context API, and front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel)

- Strong experience working with databases : PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB

- Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP

- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and modern SDLC tools

- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills

- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Good to Have :

- Experience in Microservices architecture

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)

- Messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ

- Familiarity with GraphQL
