Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly experienced Lead Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Angular 16, and Azure to drive the design and development of scalable, cloud-native applications.

The role requires hands-on technical leadership, deep backend and frontend expertise, and experience building secure, high-performance enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular 16.

- Architect and implement scalable microservices-based solutions with a focus on performance, security, and reliability.

- Develop and maintain robust RESTful APIs and backend services using Spring Boot frameworks.

- Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using Angular 16 and TypeScript.

- Drive cloud-native development and deployment on Microsoft Azure using services like AKS, App Services, and Service Bus.

- Ensure application security, authentication, and authorization using industry best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, DevOps, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Oversee CI/CD pipelines and automate build, test, and deployment processes.

- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices across the team.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and observability across the system.

- Mentor and guide junior developers and contribute to team skill development.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide long-term scalable solutions.

Required Skillsets:

- Strong experience in Java development with Spring Boot, REST APIs, Security, and JPA/Hibernate.

- Hands-on expertise in Angular 16 and TypeScript for front-end development.

- Experience in building and deploying applications on Microsoft Azure (AKS, App Services, Key Vault, Service Bus).

- Strong knowledge of SQL databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.

- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, Maven, or Gradle.

- Proficiency in unit testing frameworks like JUnit and Mockito.

- Experience in frontend testing tools such as Jasmine and Karma (good to have).

- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.

- Knowledge of Azure CLI and cloud automation practices.

- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Strong understanding of application performance tuning and monitoring tools.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.

- Exposure to GCP or multi-cloud environments.

- Knowledge of observability tools such as Application Insights, Splunk, or ELK stack.

- Experience in building enterprise-grade, scalable, and secure applications.

Education :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
