We are looking for a strong Lead Full Stack Developer who can drive end-to-end application development, lead a team of engineers, and deliver scalable and secure product solutions.

The role requires hands-on coding, technical leadership, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance.

- Architect and develop scalable front-end and back-end components.

- Build and optimize APIs, microservices, and integrations.

- Ensure best practices across coding, performance, security, and CI/CD.

- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and UX teams for feature delivery.

- Estimate efforts, plan sprints, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.

- Maintain technical documentation and drive continuous improvements.

Technical Skills :

- Front-end : React / Angular / Vue, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3

- Back-end : Node.js / Java / .NET / Python (any strong backend expertise)

- Databases : SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, etc.)

- Cloud & DevOps : AWS / Azure / GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines

- Strong understanding of system design, microservices, and API development.

Preferred Experience :

- Leading development teams for 2-3 years.

- Experience with distributed systems, serverless, and automation testing frameworks.

- Cloud certifications are a plus.

Soft Skills :

- Strong communication and stakeholder management.

- Ownership mindset with problem-solving and decision-making capability.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
