Lead Frontend Engineer - Web & Mobile Applications

CNH is looking for a hands-on, product-focused Lead Frontend Engineer who can own and scale the web + mobile experiences that power diagnostics, telemedicine, adjudication workflows, and patient/provider journeys. This is a builder-first role ideal for someone who loves 01 environments, has led critical frontend systems, and can work across React, React Native, iOS/Android, and hybrid app frameworks.

Responsibilities :

- Lead development across web (React) and mobile apps (React Native, iOS, Android).

- Architect scalable, high-performance frontend systems for healthcare workflows used by insurers, corporates, doctors, and patients.

- Drive UI/UX quality, performance, accessibility, and secure frontend architectures.

- Partner with product, design, and backend teams to build seamless end-to-end user journeys.

- Set up strong engineering practices : component libraries, testing frameworks, CI/CD for web and mobile, and release processes.

- Own app reliability, crash-free rates, and performance metrics across platforms.

- Mentor and grow a high-performing frontend team; hire strong 01 engineers.

Requirements :

- 6-10 years of frontend engineering experience with strong ownership of web and mobile products.

- Experience building products end-to-end in startups (01 or high-growth environments).

- Hands-on with modern tooling : TypeScript, build systems, testing libraries (Jest/RTL), CI/CD for web/mobile.

- Excellent cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and backend teams.

Deep expertise in :

- React(hooks, state mgmt, reusable component systems).

- React Native for cross-platform mobile apps.

- iOS/Android fundamentals(performance, app lifecycle, native modules).

Strong understanding of :

- Design systems, component frameworks.

- App performance tuning and monitoring.

- API integrations, auth flows, and offline-first patterns.

Bonus Points :

- Experience leading frontend teams or mentoring junior engineers.

- Exposure to healthcare products, workflow systems, or enterprise-grade apps.

- Understanding of backend/data/ML systems and how frontend interfaces consume them.

- Strong product sense with an eye for UX, usability, and intuitive flows.
