Lead Frontend Developer - Javascript Framework

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Frontend Architecture & Development : Lead the design and development of complex, high-performance, and responsive user interfaces for our web applications.

- UI/UX Collaboration : Work in close partnership with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into pixel-perfect and highly interactive user interfaces, ensuring an exceptional user experience.

- Code Quality & Best Practices : Champion clean code principles, conduct thorough code reviews, and establish frontend development best practices, including testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E).

- Performance & Scalability : Optimize frontend applications for maximum speed and scalability, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.

- Mentorship & Leadership : Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level frontend developers, fostering their growth and ensuring adherence to high coding standards.

- Cross-browser & Cross-device Compatibility : Ensure broad compatibility and consistent user experience across various browsers and devices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of professional experience as a Frontend Developer, with a strong focus on building complex web applications.

- Expert proficiency in a modern JavaScript framework (React.js, Angular, or Vue.js).

- Strong command of HTML5, CSS3 (including pre-processors like Sass/Less) and advanced JavaScript (ES6+).

- Experience with build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite) and package managers (npm, Yarn).

- Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
