Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Lead Flutter Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications.

The ideal candidate will lead the Flutter development team, define technical standards, and collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver scalable and user-friendly mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of Flutter-based mobile applications for Android and iOS.

- Define mobile application architecture, best practices, and coding standards.

- Mentor and guide Flutter developers through code reviews and technical leadership.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers.

- Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and SDKs.

- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and responsiveness.

- Oversee app deployment to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

- Identify and resolve complex technical issues and optimize application performance.

- Stay up to date with Flutter, Dart, and mobile development trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of mobile application development experience.

- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.

- Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.

- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and backend integration.

- Familiarity with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) is a plus.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and app release management.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
