JD :

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Engineer/ Lead Engineer to design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performing Content Management Solutions (CMS).

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React, Node.js (v22), MySQL Server and MongoDB along with strong leadership and architectural design capabilities.

On a typical day you will :

Technical Leadership :

- Lead the design and development of Common Content Management platforms and related applications.

- Define architecture, coding standards, and best practices for the team.

Development & Integration :

- Build responsive, dynamic front-end applications using React.

- Develop robust back-end services and APIs using Node.js v22.

- Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL Server and MongoDB).

Performance & Scalability :

- Ensure high availability, security, and scalability of CMS solutions.

- Conduct performance tuning and code reviews.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and other engineering teams.

- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation.

Deployment & Maintenance :

- Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerization strategies.

- Monitor and maintain production systems for reliability.

What you will need to be successful :

Qualification : BE/B.Tech/ M.Tech/MCA.

- 4+ years of experience in React, Node.js v22, Next Js, Redux, MySQL Server, and MongoDB.

- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (Azure).

- Proven ability to lead engineering teams and deliver complex projects.

- Knowledge of caching strategies, security best practices, and performance optimization.

- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in Content Management Systems or enterprise-level applications.

- Exposure to TypeScript and modern DevOps practices.
