Role Summary:

Lead the QA team and take end-to-end ownership of manual and automation testing, including test strategy, framework development, automation implementation, quality assurance, team mentoring, and continuous improvement of QA processes to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Technical Skills:

- Test Strategy, Test Planning, and Test Estimation

- Manual and Automation Testing (UI and API)

- Selenium, Playwright, Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python

- Test Automation Frameworks (BDD, Cucumber, POM, Keyword-Driven, Data-Driven, Hybrid)

- API Automation using Karate

- CI/CD pipeline integration (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)

- Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)

- Database testing (SQL, NoSQL/MongoDB)

Experience Requirements:

- 6+ years of total experience in automation, software development, and testing

- 5+ years in UI and API Test Automation

- 5+ years in designing/maintaining scalable test automation frameworks

- 5+ years in Agile delivery environments

- 4+ years of leadership experience in coaching and mentoring

- 7+ years in large organizations, preferably Retail and Supply Chain domains
