Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end development of applications using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET 6+).

- Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software architectures.

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and solutions.

- Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices in software development.

- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Drive technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.

- Ensure application security, performance optimization, and reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 7-10+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in .NET technologies.

- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, and .NET Core/.NET 6+.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles.

- Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server and ORM tools like Entity Framework.

- Hands-on experience with RESTful API design and microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or JavaScript frameworks.
