Lead Engineer - .Net Framework

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer .NET with expertise in .NET Core 6+, Angular 12+, and SQL to lead a high-performing development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mentoring engineers, ensuring coding best practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and coach a small team of software engineers in day-to-day activities, code reviews, and adoption of best practices.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, UX Designers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and align on project goals.

- Define and enforce coding standards, security policies, and compliance guidelines across the teams codebase.

- Oversee Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban), ensuring sprint goals are achieved with high-quality outputs.

- Manage and enhance CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / Azure Pipelines) for seamless build, testing, and deployment.

- Drive end-to-end software development lifecycle with hands-on expertise in .NET Core (6+), C#, Angular (16+), HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

- Optimize SQL Server performance by writing, debugging, and improving complex queries, stored procedures, and database structures.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

- Work on Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana (ELK stack) for performance tuning, data visualization, and monitoring (good to have).

- Provide architectural guidance, technical design reviews, and performance improvement recommendations.

- Stay updated with latest cloud technologies (Azure/AWS) and integrate where applicable.

Essential Skills :

- Backend : .NET Core 6+, C#

- Frontend : Angular 12+ (preferred Angular 16+), HTML, CSS, JavaScript

- Database : SQL Server (expert), MySQL (good to have)

- Agile : Deep understanding of Scrum/Kanban methodologies

- CI/CD : Azure DevOps, automated testing, release management

- Monitoring & Logging (Preferred) : Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana

- Cloud : Working knowledge of Azure/AWS

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
