Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Lead MERN Stack Developer to join our team in Udaipur. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing scalable applications using the MERN stack, leading technical teams, and driving project execution. This role requires strong architectural insight, hands-on coding abilities, and the leadership to mentor a growing team of developers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of robust, scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)

- Architect system solutions ensuring high performance, reliability, and security

- Mentor and guide junior developers; conduct code reviews and enforce best practices

- Integrate third-party APIs and services into applications seamlessly

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Design, and QA for efficient delivery

- Contribute to project planning, estimation, and technical discussions with clients

- Drive continuous improvement through automation, code optimization, and adoption of latest technologies

Required Skills & Tools :

- Deep expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

- Strong understanding of state management libraries like Redux or Context API

- Experience with TypeScript is a strong plus

- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Docker

- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Chai)

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure

- Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based development

- Skilled in using Git, JIRA, Postman, and Swagger for version control and documentation

- Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience in tech teams

Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
