Lead Engineer - Java/AngularJS

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of assigned modules.

- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Develop and optimize Angular front-end applications and Java/Spring Boot backend services.

- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and security best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, Product) to deliver features on time.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards.

- Perform debugging, testing, and troubleshooting of applications.

- Contribute to technical documentation and provide architectural insights.

Tech Stack & Skills :

- Java (Core Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, microservices)

- Database: MySQL (basic to intermediate proficiency)

- Strong expertise in problem-solving, debugging, unit testing & performance tuning.

- Experience in module ownership and ability to deliver independently.

- Excellent communication & leadership skills.
