Job Description :

Were looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer (MERN) to drive the development of scalable web applications and lead projects involving AI/NLP-based integrations and prompt-engineering frameworks. Youll architect intelligent systems, mentor developers, and collaborate across teams to deliver next-generation AI-powered products.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead the development of scalable, high-performance web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

- Architect robust system designs and ensure optimal application performance.

- Guide and mentor junior developers; conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality.

- Integrate third-party APIs and services seamlessly into applications.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Design, and QA.

- Participate in project planning, effort estimation, and client interactions.

- Contribute to projects involving AI/ML integration and data-driven features.

- Build and integrate AI/NLP-driven modules (e.g., LLM-based chat, RAG, or contextual intelligence).

- Work with prompt frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or custom LLM orchestration pipelines) to optimize AI agent behaviour.

- Collaborate on AI product architecture from data ingestion to inference ensuring performance and scalability.

- Stay current with the latest developments in generative AI, prompt engineering, and NLP frameworks to propose innovative solutions.

Preferred (Added AI-Related) Skills :

- Experience with NLP, large language models (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), or vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS).

- Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and model fine-tuning workflows.

- Familiarity with AI API orchestration and prompt-engineering principles.

- Experience in Python for scripting, automation, or building AI/ML pipelines.

Required Skills & Tools :

- 5+ years of full-stack development experience, including 1 to 2 years contributing to AI/ML-driven products.

- Strong expertise in MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js

- State management with Redux or Context API

- TypeScript experience is a plus

- CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker

- Unit testing tools: Jest, Mocha, Chai

- Cloud services: AWS, GCP, or Azure

- Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology

- Proficient with Git, JIRA, Postman, Swagger
