Key Responsibilities :

System Architecture & Leadership :

- Define and drive the technical architecture for scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications and internal platforms.

- Lead system design discussions, ensuring modularity, maintainability, and seamless integration of frontend and backend systems.

- Evaluate and implement best practices in cloud architecture, CI/CD, and microservices.

Full Stack Development :

- Lead development of both frontend (React/Angular/Vue) and backend (Node.js/Java/Python/.NET) systems.

- Oversee API design, database schema optimization, and performance tuning.

- Ensure responsive, user-friendly UI/UX aligned with design and business requirements.

Team Leadership :

- Mentor and guide a team of developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of engineering excellence.

- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases on schedule.

Innovation & Scalability :

- Drive adoption of emerging technologies to improve system efficiency and customer experience.

- Identify opportunities to automate and digitize internal processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

- 7 - 12 years of experience in software engineering with at least 3+ years in a lead or architect role.

Strong expertise in :

- Frontend : React, Angular, or Vue.

- Backend : Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), Java, or .NET.

- Database systems (SQL/NoSQL), RESTful/GraphQL APIs.

- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

- Proven experience in system architecture and designing scalable solutions.

- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
