Function: Software Engineering - Full-Stack Development

We are hiring a Tech Lead who will head the entire technology function at Vutto, shaping product architecture, technology choices, and engineering culture as we scale. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will work alongside the founders and play a central role in building and growing the company.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the technology strategy, architecture, and execution for Vutto's core products (web, mobile, backend, etc. ).

- Be hands-on with development and coding activities.

- Make key decisions on tech stack, infrastructure, scalability, and security.

- Build, mentor, and lead a team of engineers over time.

- Collaborate closely with the founders on product strategy, roadmap, and execution.

- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging technologies relevant to ecommerce.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience in building and scaling tech products.

- At least 2 years of experience in a tech lead/high ownership role.

- Deep full-stack expertise: Backend, Frontend, Architecture, and Devops.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).

- Product mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

- High sense of ownership and responsibility.

Nice to have:

- Ex-founders or founding engineers are a big plus.

- Exposure to AI/ML, recommendation systems, or e-commerce platforms.
