Lead Engineer - Full Stack Development

Key Responsibilities :

1. Technical Architecture & Development :

- Define and own the overall architecture and technical roadmap for scalable and secure web applications.

- Lead the end-to-end design and development of software solutions across front-end and back-end systems.

- Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools that align with long-term product goals.

- Ensure system designs meet high standards of performance, reliability, and maintainability.

2. Leadership & Team Mentoring :

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, promoting best practices in coding, design, testing, and deployment.

- Conduct regular code reviews, technical sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to elevate team capability.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Foster a collaborative, innovation-driven engineering culture focused on quality and delivery excellence.

3. Cloud & DevOps Enablement :

- Design and implement cloud-first architectures leveraging AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Drive the adoption of containerization, microservices, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

- Ensure high availability, scalability, and robust security practices across all systems.

4. Process Improvement & Innovation :

- Identify automation opportunities to streamline workflows and improve developer productivity.

- Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability tools for proactive issue detection and resolution.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements that align with business strategy.

Requirements :

Education :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience :

- 7 to 11 years of professional experience in software engineering.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical lead, architect, or senior engineering role.

- Proven track record in building and scaling complex, high-performance web platforms.

Technical Skills :

- Frontend : React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Backend : Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET Core.

- Databases : SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.).

- Cloud Platforms : AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- DevOps & Tools : Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform, or similar.

- Strong understanding of system design, data structures, algorithms, and API design principles.

- Hands-on experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

Soft Skills :
