Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Engineer to join our growing team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering scalable and high-quality solutions. This role involves leading engineering initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring developers, and driving technical excellence across projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade applications and solutions.

- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to engineering teams.

- Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project requirements and technical roadmaps.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and software development methodologies.

- Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Drive system performance, scalability, reliability, and security enhancements.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.

- Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation activities.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve business outcomes.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 7- 12 years of experience in software development, engineering, or related technical roles.

- Strong expertise in software design, development, and system architecture.

- Experience leading technical teams and managing project deliverables.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with modern programming languages, frameworks, and cloud technologies.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

- Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.

- Experience in performance optimization, scalability, and system reliability.
