Job Description
Lead Endpoint Security & Tooling 8 to 14 Years Hybrid
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Lead Endpoint Security & Tooling to manage and enhance endpoint security infrastructure for a global enterprise organization.
Role Overview :
You will be responsible for leading configuration, deployment, and management of endpoint security tools, with a focus on Microsoft Intune and platforms like Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, or Symantec.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead deployment and management of endpoint security tools.
- Manage Microsoft Intune for device compliance, application deployment, and configuration.
- Oversee policy configuration for Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, Symantec, etc.
- Coordinate incident response related to endpoint security threats.
- Ensure compliance with corporate security policies.
- Collaborate with cloud and infrastructure teams for secure hybrid environments.
- Conduct audits and reviews of security configurations and compliance reports.
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for endpoint security strategy.
Key Requirements :
- 814 years of experience in endpoint security and tool management.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (must-have).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, Symantec, or similar EDR/XDR tools.
- Experience working in cloud environments (preferably Azure or AWS).
- Strong understanding of endpoint security architecture, compliance, and threat management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or equivalent.
- Experience in global enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell) for automation and policy deployment.
