Are you a Dynamics 365 expert with strong techno-functional skills across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Contact Centre modules? Were looking for a senior professional/lead to drive end-to-end implementations and cross-functional delivery.

Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant with deep expertise across Sales, Customer Service, Contact Center, and Marketing modules.

This role requires a hybrid of functional and technical capabilities to lead customization, configuration, and implementation efforts aligned with business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead implementation and enhancement of Dynamics 365 modules : Sales, Customer Service, Marketing (Customer Insights), and Contact Center

- Design and configure OOB features via PowerApps

- Develop solutions using Power Automate, C#, JavaScript

- Configure IVRs, chatbots, queues, and omnichannel capabilities

- Collaborate with dev, QA, and business teams

- Integrate with tools like Outlook, SharePoint, Teams

- Leverage AI tools like Copilot, sentiment analysis, and reporting

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years in Dynamics 365 Sales, Service, Marketing, and Contact Center

- Strong in CRM workflows, lifecycle automation, Power Platform

- Hands-on in C#, JavaScript, ADO pipelines, ALM, and integrations

- Agile project experience & excellent stakeholder communication

- Bonus : Microsoft certification & domain experience in insurance
