As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you will own end-to-end infrastructure, enable seamless deployments, and ensure uptime across systems. You will work closely with product teams to build scalable, resilient, and secure platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own infrastructure across non-prod to production environments

- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation frameworks

- Design and scale CI/CD pipelines & observability systems

- Ensure high availability, reliability, and cost optimization

- Drive DevOps best practices and mentor engineering teams

- Manage distributed systems and databases at scale

Mandatory Requirements :

- 7 to 10 years in DevOps / Infrastructure Engineering

- Currently in a Lead DevOps role (or equivalent)

- 2+ years of team handling / technical leadership

- Strong expertise in Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, cluster management)

- Hands-on with Terraform / Ansible / Chef / Puppet

- Proficiency in Python / Go / Bash scripting

- Experience with MongoDB / Redis / Cassandra / Elasticsearch

- Strong exposure to Observability, Monitoring, CI/CD & Networking

- Background from product-based / well-funded startups

- B.E / B.Tech

Preferred :

- Experience in microservices & event-driven architecture

- Strong understanding of cloud scalability & cost optimization

- Exposure to high-growth startup environments
