Lead DevOps Engineer - IAC Terraform

Description :

- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers to ensure high performance and delivery standards.

- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment, testing, and release processes.

- Develop Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.

- Manage and optimize containerized applications using Docker and related tools.

- Oversee networking components, including DNS, firewalls, VNETs, load balancers, and routing.

- Ensure system security, compliance, monitoring, logging, and operational excellence.

- Collaborate with development, QA, and architecture teams to improve automation and deployment efficiency.

- Troubleshoot complex cloud, networking, and infrastructure issues.

- Continuously drive improvements in performance, scalability, cost optimization, and reliability.

Skills Required :

Technical Skills (Mandatory) :

- Strong experience as a DevOps Lead or Senior DevOps Engineer.

- Hands-on expertise in Azure Cloud Services (VMs, AKS, ACR, Functions, App Services, Networking, etc.

- Proficiency in Terraform for IaC automation.

- Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.

- Expertise in Docker and container lifecycle management.

- Strong understanding of Networking & DNS concepts.

- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, etc.

Additional Skills (Good to Have) :

- Kubernetes (AKS) management experience.

- Scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python).

- Knowledge of security best practices and governance in cloud environments.

- Experience with GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Flux) is a plus
