Lead DevOps Engineer/DevOps Architect - Cloud Infrastructure

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with 8+ years of experience to lead cloud infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing scalable systems, mentoring team members, and driving DevOps best practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows

- Architect and manage highly available, scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads

- Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform / CloudFormation

- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems

- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance

- Collaborate with engineering, QA, and security teams

- Perform root cause analysis and incident management

- Mentor junior DevOps engineers and conduct code reviews

- Enforce DevOps standards, documentation, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering

- Strong expertise in Linux administration

- Deep hands-on experience with AWS / Azure / GCP

- Strong experience with Kubernetes & Docker

- Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)

- Proficient in Terraform / CloudFormation

- Strong scripting skills (Shell / Python)

- Solid understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture

- Experience with Git and version control workflows

Good to Have :

- Experience with Helm, ArgoCD, Flux

- Exposure to SRE practices and SLAs/SLOs

- Knowledge of microservices and service mesh

- Experience with compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO, PCI)
