Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Kubernetes, Azure, Terraform, and OpenShift. You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to support our engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions on Azure using tools like Terraform and Ansible.

- Manage and orchestrate containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and deployments to enable high availability and fault tolerance.

- Work closely with development and QA teams to define and optimize CI/CD pipelines.

- Drive DevOps best practices in source control, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to system architecture, deployments, or cloud services.

- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with data governance policies.

- Maintain detailed documentation for infrastructure, processes, and workflows.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of scalable solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 6 years of experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability role.

- Strong hands-on expertise in:

- Azure DevOps, Azure Cloud Services

- Kubernetes, OpenShift

- Terraform, Ansible, Bash scripting

- Python and Elasticsearch

- In-depth knowledge of Docker and container orchestration.

- Familiarity with Git, Git Flow, and CI/CD tools.

- Experience in ETL/ELT, data modeling, data lakes, and data warehousing is a strong plus.

- Proven understanding of security protocols and compliance standards.

- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.

- Strong documentation and communication skills.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven track record in leading DevOps initiatives in fast-paced environments.

- Azure DevOps Certification is a strong advantage.

- Demonstrated passion for automation and scalable system architecture.
