Role overview :

- 10 to 15 years in DevOps/CloudOps, with 5+ years hands-on Azure in production-scale environments.

- Proven track record in fintech/high-throughput systems; strong debugging and automation skills.

- Excellent collaboration in distributed Agile teams; fintech or trading platform experience preferred.

- Deep expertise in Azure services : AKS, App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, SQL Managed Instance.

- Proficiency in IaC (Terraform), CI/CD (Azure DevOps Pipelines, YAML), containerization (Docker), and Kubernetes operations.

- Strong scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python); monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana) and logging (ELK, OpenTelemetry).

- Experience with Azure security (Defender, Policy as Code), networking, and cost management tools

What would you do here :

- Design, deploy, and optimize Azure infrastructure using IaC (Terraform, ARM/Bicep), AKS clusters, and networking (VNet, Load Balancers).

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions for automated builds, tests, deployments, and rollouts.

- Implement security best practices : Azure AD, RBAC, Sentinel, NSGs; manage secrets (Key Vault) and compliance scanning.

- Drive observability with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics; set up alerts, dashboards, and cost optimization.

- Automate disaster recovery, scaling, backups for databases (SQL Server, Cosmos DB) and event-driven systems (Service Bus, Event Grid).

- Collaborate on incident response, on-call rotations, and production optimizations for low-latency global trading platforms.
