Lead Developer - Generative AI

Overview :

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee AI projects from conception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI functionalities into products.

- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and incorporate relevant findings into ongoing projects.

- Mentor junior developers and data scientists, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.

- Optimize models for performance and scalability, and deploy them in production

environments.

- Implement AI solutions responsibly, considering ethical implications and ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines.

Requirements :

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 2 years focused on

generative models.

- Proficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or

Keras.

- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning architectures.

- Experience with NLP models (e.g., GPT, BERT) and/or generative models like GANs and VAEs
