Role Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Lead Developer to join our Capital Markets technology division and drive the development of next-generation cloud-native platforms supporting top-tier investment banks and financial institutions.

The ideal candidate will lead a development team in building scalable, secure, and serverless applications on AWS while collaborating closely with business stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-impact environment within Financial Services and modern cloud architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of developers to build and enhance core platform components

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-based applications

- Work on AWS serverless architecture including Lambda, S3, and CI/CD pipelines

- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders

- Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and secure coding standards

- Participate in troubleshooting production issues and incident resolution

- Drive Agile/Scrum delivery and mentor junior developers

- Contribute to platform roadmap, architecture discussions, and continuous improvements

Required Skills :

- 9 to 2 years of software development experience

- Strong expertise in Java / Kotlin / Node.js / TypeScript / JavaScript

- Hands-on experience with React.js or Angular

- Experience with MySQL / PostgreSQL

- Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud Services

- Hands-on with AWS Lambda, S3, CI/CD pipelines

- Good understanding of Secure Coding Practices

- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Good to Have Skills :

- BPMN workflow tools (Camunda / Flowable)

- Python exposure

- Certified Scrum Master

- Experience in Consulting firms

- Experience with Investment Banking / Capital Markets domain
