Responsibilities :

- Problem Solving & Impact : Solve critical business problems across all functional areas using advanced AI/ML techniques, ensuring solutions deliver clear, quantifiable outcomes.

- Model Lifecycle Ownership : Take complete end-to-end ownership of the model lifecycle, covering build, validation, implementation, continuous monitoring, and timely updates.

- Team & Stakeholder Management : Effectively manage and mentor team members, fostering their growth and ensuring project success. Build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Requirements :

- Demonstrable Modeling Expertise : Possess an in-depth understanding of model building and model lifecycle management across supervised and unsupervised learning. This includes hands-on experience with diverse data types (structured and unstructured) and applications such as Risk Scorecards, Propensity models, Optimization algorithms, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).

- Excellent Coding Skills : Be highly proficient in Python coding (a must-have skill) and adept at developing complex SQL queries.

- Strategic & Analytical Orientation : Exhibit exceptional logical, analytical, and reasoning skills, complemented by rigor and a strong quantitative orientation.
